For items purchased from the Spice Club Curated Collection, we accept returns or exchanges for unused items in original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For tickets, cancellations and transfers are permitted up to 48 hours prior to the event start time. For inquiries, email hello.spiceclub@oniyo.agency.
